You can request deletion of personal information that you previously submitted to ILMIO through this website or a direct support conversation.
How to submit a request
Open the verified WhatsApp contact below and write “Data deletion request”. Include the name and contact detail used in your earlier request and describe which interaction or data the request concerns.
Identity confirmation
To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm control of the original contact channel or provide enough context to identify the relevant record. Do not send identity documents unless they are specifically required and an appropriate secure method has been agreed.
What happens next
After verification, we will review the systems relevant to your request and delete or anonymise applicable information. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Third-party platforms
If the information also exists in WhatsApp, Instagram, or another external platform, you may need to use that platform’s own privacy and deletion controls as well.
